- Interior Walls of single brick skin, plastered smooth both sides.
- Reinforced cement ring on all interior and exterior walls.

- Angled roofs in reinforced concrete, insulated, waterproofed , covered with resistant cement mix and externally tiled
- Internal flat ceiling in reinforced concrete plastered and painted.
Floors
- Internal floors & balconies tiled.
- Main staircase and verandas are covered with white local stone.
- Doorway thresholds in marble or stone.
Carpentry and Joinery
- Entrance Door in iron,
- External Doors, Windows and Shutters in african mahogany and double glazing.
- Internal Doors with wooden frames covered with decorated MDF.
- 3 wardrobes including drawers, shelving, hanging rails etc.
Electrical Installation
- 3 phases electricity supply
- Electricity Supply via Meter to a Distribution/Fuse Board inside the Dwelling.
- Safety circuit breaker switch.
- To include all wiring, conduits, lighting switches and tails with bulb holder and bulb and socket outlets.
